Step 1: Is the server online? YES

Step 2: Is the connection information correct and valid? YES

Step 3: Is the query being blocked on your network? NO

Step 4: Have you enabled any game query settings? YES

Step 5: Does the server show online in some cases, but not others? Always online still online but not yet in gametracker

Additionally, I can not find your server 185.182.188.228:28960 using hlsw (www.hlsw.net). If it cannot be found using hlsw then it is highly unlikely to show up anywhere else.
