I just claimed my Starbound server, and I noticed it shows some irrelevant information on all the banners. It looks like this was designed for some kind of deathmatch type game, but Starbound doesn't work like that. Every server hosts a whole universe, not just one map.
If no one is online it just shows Unknown, which is almost OK, I guess, although useless. But if someone is online it'll sure something like "CelestialWorld:-496904220:863962:-290128835:11", which is still useless, but also looks ugly. Isn't there any way to hide this and get a decent looking banner? |

I believe I understood perfectly.
The upload is on your server page underneath the image. There are instructions/guidelines on the new page that presents itself. I am a community user. Oh... yeah. Thanks but that's not what I'm talking about.
I'm talking about the banners, on this page: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/108.61.118.58:21025/b/ As you can see, they all include some kind of line for "current map". But, like I said, this is inappropriate for Starbound, because doesn't feature single map everyone plays on. |

If you are referring to this image; https://image.gametracker.com/images/maps/160x120/starbound/starbound.jpg then they are the same and an uploaded and approved change would appear in both locations.
If you are referring to this image; https://cache.gametracker.com/server_info/108.61.118.58:21025/b_560_95_1.png then I believe it is set for all servers of a particular game type with the values being regenerated for a new image on each refresh. The remainder, as far as I am aware, is standard across all servers. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. I mean the second one. To be even clearer, I'm talking about the text on it, not the background picture. And yes I'm aware it's standard across all servers... that's why I reported it as a bug. Because, again, the inclusion of "Current Map" makes no sense for this game, it doesn't work like that.
I know you probably don't personally know anything about this particular game, but trust me, it's not an appropriate feature for Starbound. At best it's useless, at worst it could actually leak information that players would prefer to keep private (the location of their base etc).
