Ok so yesterday i was making a minecraft pe server so my friend and i can play, I already do the thing like Port forwarding,putting it into gametracker and other things. and it turn out perfectly fine. i was going to go bed, turn off my pc.

and then today my IP changed from (125.167.254.227) to (36.75.67.196), i kinda got confused. so i tried to join with the new ip. and then i cannot join the server, i tried to join with the old ip and i still can't join.

I've tried to put the new ip to the gametracker but it just show this:

GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again

Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or
