Hello, I am from Bulgaria and i want to buy server from one guy from our nationality. His server is deranked, is there any chancce if I buy it to rerank it or .. ?

However, it may be allowed to rank again. It all depends upon the actual reason for the admin's decision to derank in the first place.

By way of a more positive suggestion; perhaps the current owner could ensure the server is compliant with our rules, request the server be reranked, and if successful then offer it for sale to you?

Acutally its not my fault this server to be with frozen rank. Its the same like you take new girlfriend and to stop her to slept with boys before you ..

Any way i dont make nothing wrong and i want to rank this server when i buy it. Exactly the same scenario is this user to stop to pay for his host server to stop for 2 weeks and after this the other user to rent it. Server will be deranked and new user dont know nothing.

With who i have to talk about this ?

I applaud your open minded and modern approach to your relations with women.
But I must (again) warn you, that just as in the case of your theoretical new girlfriend, it may well be impossible to restore the particular server's 'virginity'.
We are far less open minded about a server's history than you appear to be in your relations with women.

There is no discussion regarding deranked servers. We simply do not enter into discussion on the matter.
The process and rules are clearly set out here; My server is banned or removed from ranking and in the linked topics.
Original sin (fault) is sometimes meaningless in the decision regarding reranking.

Caveat emptor

I don't have idea what the old owner of server did, how to request rerank, for what ? With who i have to duscuss this ?


Offtopic: Again wana ask you is that mean if the server stop and after 3-4 weeks the other user rent same ip address it will be frozen ? It's not so fear ..

Removing and re-adding a server will make no difference to the deranked or banned status.
Change of ownership, real or pretended, is irrelevant in the consideration to re-rank/remove ban.

This server which i want to buy is on pay host.
If this user which rent it, stop to pay host will stop his server.
After 3-4 weeks they will give to some one else same ip address for rent.

So what fault have newa user, new rent guy ? It's the same situation like mine ..
