so apparently updating the quake live server list that was pretty much death with sensible values leads to account suspension. furthermore to make things even worse on top of that it also wipes out all the servers, as well as their stats, that belong to that account. I don't know if that's the policy or if there's something else I'm missing but all I see is that this makes zero sense and is all very wrong.

I'm reaching you here because the provided abuse@gametracker.com email account for the appeal doesn't even work either, it throws a error. ok, adminless is my 10+ years old account, please reverse the suspension and fix this issue.
