Im trying to add one of the server of our community but it says it already exist in the database, if i go to the link where with the ip it say it doesn't exist. Do i need to contact an admin for this or what should i do?

There was a 7 Days to Die server [45.235.98.242:27000] using query port 27015. This server has been removed and yours has been added:
