My servers appear offline

My servers for some reason appear offline yet when it allows me to do a re-check, they come back up online. Doesn't seem to be an issue on my end so im guessing there's an error on the end of GameTracker that for some reason all of my servers don't show up as online.

The IPs from my servers are from 45.235.98.120:27015 to :27024.

A localised issue. All showing online now, no other groups of servers appear to be affected.

Resolved.

There are no scanning issues in the top 700 servers (all locations), at which point I stopped checking further.

If your problem persists I suggest that you contact your host provider or ISP regarding the issue.

Each of your servers begin scanning again following the usual practice of navigating to the server management page and clicking 'UPDATE SCANNING PARAMETERS'.

Given the above two points it is normally safe to assume that the issue is localised and not directly related to Gametracker scanning services. Especially as it appears to be affecting a single IP address.

A tracert / traceroute command to Gametracker scanning servers may help by providing you with further details.

'ping' only tells you that the other machine IP is reachable (when ICMP echo is being allowed), but it tells you little or nothing about the state of the network between client and host machines.

tracert (DOS) or traceroute (Linux) will give you a much better idea if there are an unusual number of hops or significant delays between routers in the route to the host machine

While a traceroute from your game server is the most ideal, many linux administrators disable or uninstall the facility to prevent the server from being co-opted into a DDOS attack, so it may not be available.
