Hello! I moved the player’s statistics from 188.212.101.5:27015 to 188.213.212.10:27015 because I changed the host. After this, statistics didn’t save. 27k data about score and hours deleted. Why?

You will have sent the empty server statistic to the old server.
The process is used many times per week - this is the only 'failure' noted. Sorry, there is no recovery process available. I am a community user.
