All my past history has been lost. I had tons of hour of playtime, but they are gone. What happened?

Same here for some servers.
some servers 0 playtime and on others about 5 weeks missing |

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.
1. Without links to servers and profiles to provide evidence and examples, no investigation is possible. 2. Perhaps you are unaware that server page owners may clear player history? For all players and for a single player. This is more likely the cause of any perceived 'lost' history. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
