My server with ip number 185.193.165.20 was betrayed by my admins on the server and the server was reset. Fortunately, we were able to restore the server from backup. Our gametracker rank was reset along with the server. I wonder if we can get the server's rank back?

Sorry, there are no means to restore server history or rank.
Rank is calculated based on server history. When the history is deleted it must be created again. When this happens most servers will return close to previous rank within 7 days (assuming popularity remains the same). I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
