Although everything is correct, gametracker teamspeak 3 has not been able to retrieve my server information for the last 2 days. error message ; Please ensure that this server is currently up and running and is not firewalled. Report the issue to your ISP / server host provider.
It is possibly a hardware issue somewhere between the home country and 'outside'. Or, as you suggest, ddos protection provided by your ISP/host. Gametracker will have no control over this whatsoever.
