Hello. I’ve changed the host the other days and hit the Update button for DNS on my old server and on my new one as well. I heard that will give my server’s rank back even if I’m chaning the IP.

That didn’t work and I lost the rank and nor I could transfer the player stats from my old server even if I got the confirmation when I’ve done that.

Any help? There are my servers, the old one is down and the new one is activ. Thanks!

Rank does not 'migrate' or transfer.
You can still migrate player stats from the old server page to the new server page.
It is critical that you go to the old server page and select the new server from the list to migrate statistics.

In future - don't add a new server to Gametracker. Just change the IP that the dns name points to and wait.
Within 12-24 hours Gametracker will be 'pointing' to the new server.
