Hello, I have added a Counter-Strike server, but there is a problem. The server is classified in the Germany list, and my country is Algeria. Please help me change it to my country, Algeria.

The server page owner may change the country/location.
To answer your next question: Yes you will have to wait 7 days from joining before you may claim the server page. To be perfectly clear on that point, 7 days means 7 x 24 hours from the day and minute that you joined. Sorry - these rules are immutable and we will not circumvent them.
