HI i own a rust server but when i add the static Ip i get the message
One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:
149.28.43.230
45.77.96.90
108.61.78.150
108.61.78.149

my static ip is 192.154.226.201:28015
we tryed a number of ip's to see if it works but al came back to this issue they have the ip's whitelisted as the control pannel has gametracker in the pannel for me to use amy help would be great

While it was possible to ping your IP address, your server is not visible in HLSW.
If your server is not able to be scanned by HLSW it is unlikely you will be able to add it to Gametracker.

yeah the program dosnt have rust so i can't tell

Not true.
Rust is Half life for which this was, as far as I can tell, originally designed.

I added this server '135.148.52.10:28056' (from our own lists) to HLSW and it showed up immediately.

But it says the server online so why does the HLSw not show my ip and port

what other options do I have to add it i mean the minecraft server i added went fine

Open HLSW.
Select 'Offline'
In the third field from the top (after the field labelled 'IP/port' - enter your server IP:port

Okay the hlsw says it pinging the server then times out but it does show the name the players max players but still can not get this to add to the server list on here

I don't have a problem with ping or tracert to your server IP from my PC but your server must be constantly available to guarantee connection to Gametracker.

Are you certain your query port setting in server config is correct?
HLSW has always seemed to be less sensitive to this than Gametracker.
