Please note the following key points:
1) The only way to retain rank is the 'dns option'.
2) If you choose the dns option;
- the original server must still be online;
- you may not change the join port;
- there is no need to add the 'new' server to Gametracker (it is actually better/easier not to do so).
- do not migrate statistics. Wait for the dns to take effect (it is not instant)
3) If you choose the migrate 'player statistics option' take care that you follow the instructions carefully - mistakes can not be corrected.
