Hello our server https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.186.250.228:7777/
is currently not appearing in the server rankings for Red Orchestra 2. I don't think its been deranked or banned but for the last 3 days gametracker has not been recording players despite the server running normally at full capacity. Edit: Our other server https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.107.96.131:7777/ is also missing despite running normally. |

Other Red Orchestra 2 Servers are being scanned correctly.
No changes have been made to Gametracker scanners. There are no current issues with Gametracker scanners. You must therefore look to changes in your servers (patches/configuration), host provider, firewall settings etc. See: My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do? We have looked at our server configuration and discussed the issue with our host provider. We feel certain there is an issue with the scanner which seems to be occuring with other users' servers as well.

Hello our server is not being scanned. Our servers are
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/31.186.250.228:7777/ https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.107.96.131:7777/ https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.107.96.112:7777/ The servers are up running normally. None have had any configuration changes recently. Our providers have stated all is good from their end and it must be from Gametracker end that an issue is occuring with your scanner. This is what I see on manage tab https://i.imgur.com/gN0UblK.png - if I manually scan the server this way it will correcly get the map and number of players but will not automatically scan from that point on. |

There are no changes to Gametracker scanners.
1. Check your firewall settings 2. Check your ISP is not mistakenly blocking GameTracker scanner IP addresses I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. 1. No problems with Firewall settings, no changes.
2. ISP is not blocking any of those IP addresses. Please check if there is any problems with your scanners. |

All Frankfurt based servers by nfoservers.com (reported to us) are now scanning correctly.
Gametracker has made no changes. It seems the ISP or routing issue in/near Frankfurt has been resolved locally. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
