Hello,
Could a server be deranked if max players slots shows more slots than other servers?

For example: CS 1.6 has a slot limit of 32 of players, but changing the engine cvar sv_visiblemaxplayers to 33, will make server's slots appear 33 but only 32 players can join the server which is maximum.
