slow updates on Battlefield 4 server

Our server seems to update its population slowly, and it dont register when we have 64 players online. It always look like we have less players.

Right now we have 54 players, and it shows as 15-16

Playerlist is correct, but graphs never show correct amount of players.

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.

This how it has always been; Gametracker tracks 10s of thousands of servers.
It is not intended nor designed to provide precise live data and has never pretended to do so.
There will always be a delay between scans and page updates. It has always been the same.

Its not that it dont do it live. It just never shows that the server was full. If i look at our graph for the last week, It Looks like we only had a bit more than 50 players, when server was full every evening. If i check other servers they show full servers on the graph.

That statement would imply that your server is somehow being treated differently. I can absolutely assure you; that is not the case.

There is a certain amount of averaging over a period of time.
To go into why this would be, would require an essay on the subject.

Simply put; some servers will have several players queuing to join at peak times and this will allow them to appear constantly full for brief periods during those times.

I understand that it is a awerage between scans that Are shown. It used to show our server as full, when it was full. Our rounds Are long, they last for about 1,5 hours, and we fill server with 64 players, and also have a que. I guess we must be unlucky that the scans only hit us when we are less than full then if you didnt change anything on how often you scan the servers. I know we are not as full of players as we used to be, but we are getting more and more traffic again. I just have to be patient a few more weeks.
