You haven't done anything.

You can only migrate player stats if you own both server pages with the same account. This does not move rank or server history.
The pages are owned by different accounts.

You can only 'move' rank if you use the dns option.
This replaces the old server with the new server.
There is no dns entry in use.

The IP:Port numbers you provided above were not correct.

Sorry, it is impossible to 'assign' a rank (aside from NR - No Rank).
Rank is entirely determined through server history.
