Why did the IP address change on its own? From the beginning of the server, the IP address is unchanged, but on GT it suddenly changed to some 104.21.53.145.
Can you check what it is about? Correct IP Address: 147.135.199.86:27015 https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/104.21.53.145:27015/

I added the server using the details you gave.
If it was previously registered, then someone deleted it. 1. Gametracker admins do not delete servers except in the case of a ban. 2. It is impossible for another user to delete a server.
