To change the port number for your server, please follow these steps:

Log in to your GameTracker account.
Click on the "My Servers" link at the top of the page.
Find the server you want to edit and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
In the "Server Address" field, update the port number from 7778 to 7777.
Click on the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

It is not possible to modify the join port number of a server.

If you have used the correct query port for the server, you may still claim the server: How can I claim my server page? and then delete the server and add it back correctly.
