You have not provided any information relevant to your query; server IPs and ports, Game type etc.

Sorry, Its HellHawtDogz and we have been on Gametracker for well over 10 years. Our IP has changed to 70.190.243.167.
We play BF 1942 Dessert Combat. Up until a few months ago we were still on Game Tracker but not sure if it was our IP change that did it.

A change of IP or port(s) usually indicates that a server has been 'moved' or copied to a new host, in which case it becomes a new server and must be added to Gametracker and claimed by the owner.

Alternatively a hosting service may force a change of IP (which can be annoying) but the effect is the same.

Please note that these are two completely separate options and the original server must be registered on Gametracker for either option to work.

That's the problem, I have claimed it in the past but now I do not see the option to claim it.

There is no server registered at the IP 70.190.243.167
You must add it.

When I try to see player stats I get this error message.
"This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server."

I have already claimed the server.
