Good day,
I have several game servers, unfortunately from the hoster was moved to a new network, without a warning. Therefore my old servers are "dead", but I would like to have the stats from them on my new servers. They are the same servers, only the Ip is different, because as I said we are in a new network. When I go to the "dead" servers and want to migrate the data to others, but in the list I find only the old servers and I can not push them to the new servers. Are there any other possibilities here? I would be very happy about a feedback. Thank you very much. |

Both servers source and target must be on Gametracker in order to migrate player statistics. There is no other way.
Migration of player statistics must be done from the old server page to the new server. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. Both servers are there, but the old servers are offline.

The old servers are still registered there but since yesterday they are dead. The new ones are there too, but I can't select the new ones when I click migrate.

But the servers are online. What I noticed, I'm told with the new servers
"This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server." But they are yes claimed, except for one server, I am testing on that right now. It certainly doesn't work because he thinks they are not claimed, but they are!?
