Hello, I am making this topic to explain some kind of bug, it seems that the banned system is working incorrectly. I encountered a problem like many others whose database was deleted by the Russian attack or do not know exactly what it is about.
The idea is that my server was removed from gametracker and I added it, after I added it I reported my server and as a reason I put "problem data recovery deleted" at the reason because they reset all the statistics and the next day I woke up with a banned IP.


The first time I didn't realize why I got banned but I did. I mention that at the same time I looked for fake servers created with the hostname of my server and I reported those too, but they did not receive a ban. so the system doesn't work correctly, it bans nonsense.


Basically this topic is for the only moderator chimaera500 on this forum for whom I respect due to the fact that he gets involved

I mention that I also made an unban request, now I don't know if I did something wrong or maybe the admins are inactive, I'm waiting for an answer

The 'banning system', as you describe it, is working perfectly well.
The 'Requests for Server Reranking and Unbans' is somewhat delayed.
For that I apologise, the reasons for which have not been given to me.

I can assure you that if your server was deranked or banned it was for a valid reason.

We will not, and never will, involve ourselves in explaining or arguing the obvious when we have provided the reasons in the FAQs section.
