Hello everyone,

I am running a server and would like to add no more than 2 bots to it. However, these would have a specific label indicating they are bots (e.g., their names should include "Bot" or have a prefix like [BOT]). Is it possible/allowed to add this to my server without getting it removed/banned from the lists or is it against the rules of Gametracker? Thanks in advance!

- More than 3 fake players or undetected bots."

There is no limit on the number of bots providing Gametracker detects them as bots.

On the server page you will see something like;
Current Players: 2 / 26
Current Bots: 4
Average (past month): 3

Meaning;
2 real players (of possible 26 slots)
4 bots (AI bots) detected
average of 3 real players for the month

If you have 10 bots and fewer than 7 are detected as bots it is considered a violation.

OK, so I will be OK as long as i don't exceed 3 bots and they are shown with a tag of [BOT] before their name?

This unclaimed Quake server demonstrates how properly detected bots appear in GT.

The bot tag after the name is the indication that GT has detected the bot (it is not added manually).
Also the number of bots is displayed below the map image.
