The tracker shows offline but the server is online

Hello everyone, I have a Minecraft Java server, its join port and query port are TCP and UDP port 25565 respectively. I can query online data on other query websites, but I can't query it on GT. I have two MC servers running on one IP, and the query port 25575 of the other server can join and query normally. I have checked all the settings and even turned off the firewall, but the UDP query port 25565 still cannot be queried normally in GT. Please help me find out what's going on. Thank you very much!

Abnormal Server Join IP:103.106.190.180
Abnormal Server Join Port:25565 on TCP

Abnormal Server Query Port:25565 on UDP

Normally operating Server Join Port:25575 on TCP

I once tried to capture packets with tcpdump and found that GT's detector IP could send and receive UDP requests normally, so what could be the problem?

Moved: Not a Gametracker bug.

As your other server is being scanned correctly it is logical to assume that a difference exists between the two MC servers.

The following links may help;

General: My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do?

MC Specific: Minecraft Scanning - Adding Minecraft servers to GameTracker

Thank you very much for your help, but I checked all the plugins here, and there is no plugin for query function. I also checked the documentation to confirm that all the settings on my side are normal. I saw GT's IP when I used tcpdump to capture packets before, and it seems to be fine, but I don't know why it can't be searched. Do you need me to provide tcpdump capture packets for inspection?

Everything returned to normal after I used the domain name, but the IP address resolved by my domain name is dynamic. Will this affect GT's scanning?

DNS changes may take time to resolve across domain name servers.
This is, of course, outside the control of Gametracker.
Our official advice is that it may take up to 24 hours but it is usually much sooner in my experience.

If your IP is dynamic and subject to regular changes then it will be necessary to use the DNS option and keep your DNS service IP settings up to date.

In the worst case, your servers may appear offline on GT for a few hours but they will not be automatically deleted providing the DNS is resolved within a reasonable time.
(offline servers usually stay on the system for several days before auto-delete takes effect)

I hope that helps.
