i am the owner of 213.238.173.19:27015 [TR] COMBAT AWP server. There was a general system error in CS DURAGI servers in tTÜRKİYE but now it is fixed. Unfortunately for 3 days the server appears as OFFLİNE! The online players deosnt appear in ONLİNE PLAYERS list!

I pressed the OFFLINE statue, changed it to ONLINE, for a liitle while but then it turned to OFFLINE again. I coulndt solve the problem. There is a warning appear also say that Gametracker couldnt scan the server? and it changed from OFFLINE to DEAD now. Can you fix the problem please, i will be glad with that.

No it is still same. i changed the statue from DEAD to ONLİNE. But after a few minutes it turned to OFFLİNE again.

Also there arent any online players on the list. 0/0 it says. Our ranking was about 180th last week and now 375th because it seems as OFFLİNE ! Ör DEAD! Will you fix the problem?

There are no scanning issues currently.

I have just checked top 15 server list and all are scanning properly.
It is logical then to assume that the problem is either with your server, firewall, hosting service or somewhere in the network / internet between your server and Gametracker.

Numerous servers on the IP segments 213.238.173.xxx are scanning correctly.

You must go back through every item in My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do? to look for the issue.
Especially check the scanner IP whitelisting is up to date.

Look at the screen link please. For months there were no any error. I really dont understand why this is happening now. it is not about server or firewall. tsarvar platform is still running without any problem, we can see our rank there but for me i take care GameTracker platform more. So i dont want to lose my server's current rank here without any sensible reason.

i logged in to the site from my mobile phone 4-5 times outside. managed the OFFLINE statue changed it to ONLINE, it really worked for 4-5 mints then it turned to DEAD. this is awful!!! and after that it is giving a warning as '' coulndt scan the server'' why???

I have looked at the page. Several times.
Your server page is behaving like no other.
Therefore the problem somehow originates with your server.

The most likely issue is that your server is not accepting incoming scanner requests.
This is normally caused by not having properly configured your firewall.
The information on which IPs must be whitelisted is in the link I posted.

i have checked our setting from our panel, they are all related with hackers to avoid them from server. there isnt any setting about firewall.
for 6 months the gametracker and scan have been working perfectly, what happened now?

you must check your own settings, because the error is about your settings, not us!we lost 200th rank in 3 days!!!
