Incorrect Player Count on GameTracker

Hi,

Our server's player count on GameTracker is incorrect. For example, when we have 34/36 real, fully connected players (no bots), it's shown as 25/36. The banner displays: 25(34)/36.

Can you please check and fix this issue?

Moved: Not a Gametracker Bug.

As explained many times in the past; Gametracker does not have real time scanning.
The scanning cycle varies from around 6 - 12 minutes between server scans after which the pages are updated.

Most games, certainly any game supported by GT, provide an API that allows one to query the game status.

GT sends a request to the game server; 'what is your status?'.
If the game responds '16 Players', '8 Bots' then that is what GT reports.
