Hello Gametracker Support,

I am the owner of the server: [.:: DELETE | PaintBall + Classic ::. | Level • VIP • GOLD]
Old IP: [141.95.72.150:27022]
New IP: [151.247.205.250:27036]
Game: Counter-Strike 1.6

The server host was recently changed, causing the server IP to update.
I would like to update the IP on Gametracker while keeping all current stats and rank intact.

Please advise on the correct procedure to update the IP safely.

What a stupid fucking system, you can add a DNS but the "UPDATE SCANNING PARAMETERS" button seems to use the old IP instead of resolving the DNS to find the new IP.

I added a server yesterday and today its status is "Down" for some reason, not the first time it happens. I can only assume it's because the dynamic IP has changed overnight. But why is that being checked as a priority if I registered a DNS server for the server in the manage tab? The record gets updated every 10 min, shouldn't gametracker simply resolve the DNS to find the current IP and online status? Like, I don't understand the point of setting up a DNS in the manage tab if it's seemingly not used, and what is checked is the (old) dynamic IP at the time I registered the server.

I can open
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/OLD_DYNAMIC_IP:27015/manage/
which shows a button to re-scan (useless as it's a dynamic IP).

But I can't open
https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/DNS_SERVER:27015/manage/
to re-scan.
