Hello Gametracker Team,

I am the owner of the server [RS] Zombie Plague [Spring] [1000 FPS | FastDL | Free VIP | Tag].
My server was previously hosted at 179.61.132.124:27015 and had a rank of 102.

Due to repeated DDoS attacks, I had to move the server to a new secure VPS with a new IP: 164.132.200.199:27019.
Currently, the new server shows “NR” (no rank).

I would like to ask if it is possible to transfer the rank and player statistics from the old IP to the new one, since it is the same server and community, only on a different host.

thank you for you fast response, i did read the topic link you gave me and followed the steps, but it transfered the players stats only, the new ip rank remain "NR" and the SERVER stats remain the same, how can i fix that, (the new ip port is not the same as the old one, and i have DNS on the old ip only)

You can, as the topic explains, only use dns if the Port number is the same.

Update: Your server has been deranked by the server owner.
There is a bug with reranking your own server in this case.
The admin/developers have been informed of this and will either fix the issue or manually re-rank the server for you.
