I currently have three 2142 servers which I have renamed to GameTracker, added to my account (claimed them), and all looks good (scans,etc.). I come back 24 hours later and they have disappeared from my account as if nobody owns them. This happened three times to date. I have 4 BC2 servers on the same dedicated server without any problems. What can I do to retain my servers in my account permanently? Thanks in advance, Doug

Servers will be automatically removed if they are down for an extended period of time. Keep the server online and the system will not automatically remove it. The amount of time it takes for a server removed depends on how long it has been on the website. If it was just added it could be removed quickly, but if it's been tracking for a long time it will take longer to be removed.
