Hello i am playing in my server ATM but gametracker says its dead why ?

If the server is displayed as dead, this means GameTracker cannot scan your server. This can be due to there being a firewall on the server box that is blocking the connection or you made changes on how the server reports stats. Those are two common reasons, but I'm sure there would be others. You can try scanning your server on HLSW (hlsw.org) to see if you can scan it while you are trying to make changes.

Well I will try it but how can i turn off that firewall ?

If what you want to do is turn off the firewall completely, you could look into the firewall manual/documentation to find out where that option is.

I tried everything but nothing worked .. how can i fix that then ?
