Hello there

the following server: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/80.96.216.162:27015/ was on 9th place in cs16 GT rank.

We had a small downtime and while the server was offline and still listed as 9th rank, i've checked it after few minutes and now it's reseted his top

I still see the 9th place position empty from gametracker like our server is still there but when i go to the server page it s listed as 32000+

What just happend ? Also it sais the server is unclaimed.

I am the only person that has access to GT account details and rcon so it is impossible that someone could changed and deleted server from GameTracker

If the server was offline for long enough, it is possible that the server could have been automatically deleted. Another option is that your account details were compromised and someone deleted the server.

the server blocked external traffic to prevent flood for about 1-2 hours. I doubt GT deletes server after this ammount of time

Also, details were not compromised 100%. I've got no viruses on pc or keyloggers and I m using roboform to login which is the sam with ssl securey login

There is no way to return the previous details ?

If the stats are deleted, there is no way to get them back

I still don't get it what happend. Can you check logs so we can clarify ?
