I would like to report that for me since last week or so non ascii characters stopped working on private messages. before, like some months or so, they worked perfectly, I know that these kind of internationalization issues are tricky, specially if you're not using a native keyboard and their respective codepage, as I'm doing, I'm copying & pasting this from automated translator in UTF8 but, as I said, I believe that I changed nothing and before this worked perfectly however now it seems that the messaging system fail to properly parse the UFT8 text and instead it split it in single bytes wich later it independently reencode in UTF8 wich finally it completely breaks all the text. then I would like to know if it's my fault or if there's really a problem with this and if so, request it to be fixed.

ex: Привет, не ASCII символов перестал работать для меня в личных сообщениях (if this works here, I don't know, you can copy and paste this to try it [it's just the tittle of this thread translated into russian])

ok, here worked, by the way, the problem is what you could see here at the tooltip on this forum (title attribute of thread's link) too, after took a quick look I found that the sytem break the original UTF8 text into this html code:

however in the same document format it keeps proper UTF8 here:

I also took a look now to the messages and I found this same kind of code so it seems that finally what the system do is to parse UTF8 text into html code byte per byte and that's what it transmit trough the messaging service here too.

Hello, dear adminstrators.

It seems one problem with text-encoding.
Try to write (on russian, expl.) any word. That makes much errors.

Anyway, I'm german, but using russian. in forum engine UTF-8 is enabled, so i can write anyting.
z.B.:
Проверка UTF-8
Checking UTF-8
Prüfung die UTF-8.

But in onter site parts (account/, servers/) UTF-8 is not supported.

Please, just rewrite the encoding rule.
