Hi there,
We have a BFBC2 server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/85.236.102.99:20367/ which has been claimed by someone else. We can't change the name to GameTracker as Multiplay force a prefix on the server name. We need to delete this and re-add as it has now been changed to MOH server. any advice appreciated. |

As mentioned in the claiming ownership instructions, "Multiplay Ltd customers should change their server's name to 'Multiplay.co.uk :: GameTracker'."

Ok sorry - missed that - will give it a whirl. I didn't look beyond the message that said it should be changed to GameTracker. Might be an idea to add a link to the claiming ownership instructions in the error message.
