please help over using xfire and cant find any usefull information on this error

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues getting GT Lite to work. Can you provide the following information?

1. Operating system name, and version (Example: Windows XP SP2, or Mac OSX 10.5.1). Please state the actual version number.

2. GT Lite version number. This number will read similar to "1.2.0". Locate GT Lite.exe on your windows explorer, right click on it and select "Properties". From there, a "Properties" window will open, and you should see a "Details" tab. This version number is listed under "Product version".

psapi.dll is a system component that is part of Windows XP. This file should exist in "%windir%\System32" (You can type that into windows explorer and it will typically bring you to "C:\Windows\System32"). Please verify that this file exists, if not, then running Windows Update may resolve the problem.

The Microsoft site had some additional remarks on this error, such as:

" ... If there is another copy of this DLL (PSAPI.dll) on your computer, it can lead to the following error when running applications on your system: "The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileName could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL." To work around this problem, locate any versions that are not in the %windir%\System32 directory and delete or rename them, then restart. "

gt lite is not opening. i am playin over a month but today it is not opening. it says check your internet cnnections or contact to game tracker. i have a internet connection. i try to delete and install it again but i couldnt uninstall gt lite. it says it is working with another program. plz help me

yes still same problem but i try to deleted it. i open the folder i deleted some files but couldnt delete all. so i think i will never open it again. because it says it is working with another program. i go to control panel and unistall the program and it says same. tell me how i deleted it proparly and i will install again

hi because of yesterdays connection problem i was deleted some files on gt lite but yesterday i played cs1.6. today i couldnt play gt lite gives error and it says:unable to launch requested game as it is not a known game. if you tell me how caan i deleted gt lite i will delete it and download it again. i tried to delete it from control panel and tried to unistall it but i cant. then i try to deleted gt lite file i couldnt delete all it says it is working with another program. helpme plz
