How come when I try to launch Quake 2 a window saying "Unable to launch, unknown game" shows up? I know I have Q2 installed on the computer. Help please. I am running this same set up on my other computer with no problems.

I'd be glad to help assist you with this issue. First off, I will need to know some information about your GT Lite configuration. Can you provide the following?

1. Operating system name, and version (Example: Windows XP SP2, or Mac OSX 10.5.1). Please state the actual version number.
2. Mac users: Machine platform type (Intel or PowerPC).
3. GT Lite version number. This is located on "Help->About". This number will read similar to "1.2.0". Please state the actual version number.

Next, there were different releases of this game from the original publisher. Can you also tell me:

4. How you got the game you are having issues with (Retail, Steam, other please specify).

Additionally, GT Lite may fail to detect a game if you have installed it to a custom location. The "Add Game" window can help resolve this (using the auto find tool). The "Add Game" window is located on the "Settings" window, under the "Games" tab (Click "Add...").
