I'm getting the same message. Could we please have a reply from GT staff about this please?

I've used your service before in the past and found it to be great but if I can't be sure of when the service will be available again I'll go over to Multiplay as I need a server online tomorrow at the latest.

There is a bug displaying the correct message. This won't be patched for a few days.

What you should be seeing is the message,

Your account is currently closed. If you would like to reopen it, please contact support@gameservers.com

This should be the case if you have used the GameTracker Premium service in the past. The gameservers support staff will help you get your account set up again.
