Hello, Just wondering why my post was moved to resolved when it is clearly not resolved. 207.210.252.20:7777 I have been trying for over a week and a half to get you guys to fix this problem and yet it is still not working. There are people coming to my server including me and the number of players and the time board is not current with how many players were on at that time of day. Come on guys you want us to play nice but hardly ever get a response. GT is an awesome way to track your server and if it don't work how do you expect gamers to come if they can't get accurate stats.

PS: It is now 10:55pm central time and has and it is still on 7pm central time on the player count history. What gives?????

Any solutions maybe to my problem? Just trying to get an update guys. I know ya'll have alot to worry about besides just me so hope you find time to let me know something cause I just like others is suffering. I want to be a paying member on this site but I want the bug fixed before I can do that. Thanks

There was an outage on one of our back end servers recently. That server has been repaired. Your server should be scanning normally now.
