Hello,
I have noticed that our server 68.181.188.110:14567 is not being tracked correctly by game tracker. Currently we have players on our server, but GT shows no one is playing. Is there something that can be done to fix this issue on our end or GT's end? Thank you for your help in advance. |

At the time I'm posing this, there are 8 players showing online and the server history graph shows that it is tracking online players successfully for this server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/68.181.188.110:14567/.
Is the problem that there are players on your server, but GameTracker is showing that there are none, and/or, is it that some players are missing from the "online players" listing on that server page? It could be that some players are being incorrectly flagged as bots, in which case they will not count towards the total online player count, but will show in the "online players" listing with a "bot" icon. It could also be that there is a backend scanning error, in which case your server will be stuck showing the same data for an extended period of time. In this case the "last scanned" time on the server page will show a time in excess of 10-15 minutes. This is very infrequent error that has yet to be patched, but it would explain what you are seeing. |

I believe the issue with the player counts has been fixed. We'll still be working on some minor things to fine tune the server scanning routines. Can you verify if you are still experiencing bad scans?
