My game banner is not working right it says that the server is dead, It has not been off line for the 2 years I've had it. It's an ETQW ip 8.6.15.37:27733 Has any one had this problem ? We use the banner on my website people are always asking why is it down & it's not any help please thanks.

I am not able to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org). You can confirm this if you would like.

This is commonly due to a firewall not being properly configured or the server not being configured properly (eg. server settings, mod that alters the query protocol, etc).

This is a server I rent from Gameservers.com no firewalls and it just started a few days ago. The server works fine just the banner that we use says it's dead. Is this not a company owned by gameservers.com ? should I be asking them. Thanks for the reply.

That would probably be your best option- to contact them. You may want to also check if you made any updates to the server recently and whether or not that would affect anything.
