Can't Claim Server

Battlefield 2 Server UK Warfare.

I claimed this server to my gametracker account as im a senior admin for this server. Recently, it has stopped showing up and I need to claim the server once more....

I cannot do this because the server cannot be scanned. The port and IP is correct and cant understand why this suddenly became an issue.

Please help.
