I am unable to scan this server on HLSW (hlsw.org). You can confirm this yourself. If you fix the scanning issues, GT will be able to see and track your server. Common issues have to do with firewalls. You may want to look back to around 1/29 to see what changes were made as that is when the scanning seemed to have started to show the server as dead.
