Hi,

We have a small problem coz our server's ip has been changed to other one and GameTracker "spy" the wrong one!

This is our server on Your website http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/87.206.26.49:50000/ <--- there is out of date IP address -.-

So Could You change to right one? I will pass You: 89.76.17.154 : 50000

Also, Our second server has diffrent ip -.- http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/87.206.26.49:64100/ <-- Wrong I mean that ip has been changed, so it would be nice if You could channge it too. The new (right) Ip for this server is: 89.76.17.154 : 64100

Is importat for us to have this new IP fast on Your webiste So, Please do as fast as You can guys

Regards for whole GT team

There is no feature to transfer statistics to a new server page or just modify the IP : Port of an existing page. If you have a new IP or join port, you must add the new combination.

There may be some feature in the future to help in the situation of using a new address. We cannot give an accurate time frame when something could potentially be created.

If your server is just as popular at the new IP, you will jump up in the rankings back to where you would have been. If your server is not as popular, it will go down to the same ranking in either situation - if the servers old rank was kept or if the server started at a low rank. Ranking is determined from a one month time period, so the server will be to where it should be in the ranking very quickly.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

Hi, I have a question.
You can not configure the server for the domain name?
This would solve the problem of changing ip ..
thanks and greetings

Domain names are resolved to an IP when it is added.

The only option at the current time would be to make use of the DNS feature so that the IP automatically updates.

We don't have any guides but you can most likely find something helpful online. All it involves is setting an A record for a domain or subdomain.
