Our Clan would like to make a proper ownership to our clan registered here. We were unaware that a former member had made that claim some time ago.

Can you provide a link to the clan page in question?
If you can get the senior members (if this is a large clan) or most of the members (if its a smaller clan) to post in this thread agreeing that you should be taking over ownership, I'll look into transferring ownership to you. |

All you have to do is change the server name to Gametracker, claim it, then change the name back to what it normally is.
