hello my server status is offline while it works I do not understand why thank you for your help

For some reason, All three of our Black Ops servers are not showing properly in GameTracker anymore.

It shows them offline now when in fact they are online and active.

I would assume it was an issue across all servers with GameTracker, but all of the other BO servers I have checked so far (10 of them) are all showing GREEN online and even with the player stats.

How do we fix this so our servers show properly in GameTracker?

It is critical because our members think the servers are off and are not going to them now. Please help.

My server on GameTracker reports as Dead, even though it clearly isn't.

I have found a fix, to manually update scanning parameters, but this needs to be done every 5 minutes when GT reports it dead. I am trying to save the rank of my server.

This has only started happening today about 4pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Same here...
One server is OK the other shows as dead. Both in Dallas

after 'Update Scanning Parameters' is shown correctly "Alive".

but after one click on 'Server Details' it appears to be "Dead"

the problem has existed for today and can not be eliminated.

any help?
