I have one player/member of gametracker but not a member of my clan causing problems within my clan thru my forum. Is there any way to ban him from posting in my forum or lock my forum to my clan members only.

On the forum home, eg http://www.gametracker.com/clan/xs/forum.php , click "Edit" for the categories. Choose the appropriate permission.
