If the server owner removes it, this should solve your concerns.
I very highly doubt employers will care if you play BC2.

Is the server owner gonna remove it or not? how do I contact him ? Of course it would solve my concern the whole point of posting is finding out who has the authority to remove it

Go to the server page and look to the left of the server map image. If there is a user listed, you can try contacting them. Please note, you'll have to recontact them or any other servers you play on to have your player removed.
