I have a suggestion. To have a small green dot and red dot when the server is off line. Some times u wanna have something small nothing big. Should be able to upload your own offline and online images if possible. If you would like an example i can show you.

All banners show when the server is on and offline (image or colored text). The server info page also indicates when the server is on and offline.
