The most common cause of the error that you are experiencing is typically firewall/anti-virus/security software filtering traffic with the GT Lite client. If you are running any of these types of programs, you may have to configure them to "Allow" traffic with GT Lite. To be more technical, GT Lite needs to communicate over HTTPS to webapi.gametracker.com.
